Salon Policies
To ensure every client enjoys a calm, comfortable and well-organised experience, we kindly ask you to take a moment to review our policies before your visit.
APPOINTMENTS & ARRIVAL
All treatments are scheduled by appointment to provide a personalised and uninterrupted experience.
We kindly ask you to arrive on time, or no more than 10 minutes before your appointment, to preserve the calm and intimate atmosphere of the salon.
A grace period of 15 minutes is applied. After this time, we may need to adjust or shorten your treatment to respect the schedule of other clients.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged in full.
As we are closed on Sundays, any changes for Monday appointments can be made via email or through the link provided in your appointment confirmation.
MINORS POLICY
Clients under the age of 18 are welcome to receive selected treatments when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
A signed consent form and health history are required prior to the appointment.
CHILDREN POLICY
To preserve the calm and intimate atmosphere of the salon, we kindly ask that appointments are attended without young children.
